As the leader of Dollar Shave Club’s People Team, Jennifer built her department to evolve Dollar Shave Club’s unique culture, develop innovative leaders, and recruit killer talent to join one of the fastest growing, cutting edge companies.
Jennifer and her nimble team put DSC’s people first by providing the tools, development opportunities, incentives, and environment for a best-in-class employees experience. Prior to joining DSC, Jennifer amassed nine years of global experience at The Coca-Cola Company. Most of her tenure was spent on the Global Organization Development Team, which included a 2-year expat assignment in London as the Europe Group Talent Lead. During her last few years at Coke, she lead Program and Change Management for the North American business on the strategy team. Her team prepared the organization for major strategic initiatives, including the monumental re-franchising of Coke’s bottling operations, the acceleration of several mergers and acquisitions, and implementation of major systems integrations.
Prior to Coke, she spent the first decade of her career in similar roles at The University of Minnesota, Best Buy and Motorola. Jennifer holds a degree in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration with a focus on Career Development from the University of Minnesota.
In her free time, she enjoys mixed martial arts, writing fiction novels, photography, traveling like a local in cities around the world, and hanging out with her wife Shannon and sons Kyan an Rayn. She is also the first person to hit the dance floor at any company party!
